Luis Balaguer is an associate and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Luis was an associate at an international law firm where he focused his practice on litigation and helping clients with developing and implementing AI governance policies that emphasize responsible use, intellectual property protection, data privacy, and ethical considerations. He also helped draft and maintain comprehensive employee guidebooks for responsible AI deployment.
