Marie LaRosa is an associate in the firm’s Environment, Land, and Natural Resources practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Marie served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Daryl F. Bloom in Harrisburg, PA. In this role, Marie researched statutes and case law on disability, employment, constitutional violations, and social security benefits; drafted reports, recommendations, and memorandum opinions for pro se plaintiffs; and attended criminal trials, sentencing hearings, and arraignments.
During this time, Marie also served as a law clerk at a personal injury firm in Philadelphia, PA, where she drafted complaints, motions in limine, and briefs; researched laws on catastrophic injury, Monell claims, medical malpractice, and products liability; as well as assisted in discovery for the firm’s sexual abuse practice area.
