Mathilde Rouge is an associate and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Mathilde worked as an intern at a New York law firm prior to joining the firm. Through this role, she consulted with clients and drafted time schedules, motions, and lawyer affirmations. In addition, she responded to discovery deficiency letters, composed direct and cross examination questions for trial, and assisted in legal research.
