Mathilde Rouge is an associate and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. She advises French and international clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and divestments across a wide range of industries, with recent sector focus on fintech, pharmaceutical distribution, and chemicals.

Prior to joining the firm, Mathilde gained experience through internships at international law firms in Paris and New York. She now focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, advising clients at all stages of a deal.
