Michelle Komisarchik is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Disputes practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Michelle served as a summer associate at K&L Gates, where she researched and drafted memoranda on materiality in False Claims Act cases, analyzed noncompete and indemnification issues, and supported the Cyber Civil Rights Legal Project in assisting victims of online abuse.
