Michelle Komisarchik

Michelle Komisarchik is an associate in the firm's Commercial Disputes practice group. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration, where she represents clients in a broad range of complex business disputes. Michelle has played a substantial role in matters involving contractual and corporate governance disputes, ownership issues, business torts, and other high-stakes commercial controversies. She has experience representing private companies, investment entities, technology and marketplace businesses, and business owners, helping clients navigate challenges from strategic considerations through final resolution.

Michelle is also active in pro bono matters, including assisting victims of online abuse through the Cyber Civil Rights Legal Project and providing legal support to nonprofit organizations on employment issues.

Michelle started with the firm as a Summer Associate in 2024, where she gained experience analyzing materiality issues in False Claims Act matters, researching employment and indemnification issues, and supporting the Cyber Civil Rights Legal Project. Michelle's prior government experience includes internships with the U.S. Department of Justice's Fraud Section and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where she prepared legal research and analysis on topics ranging from healthcare fraud to securities enforcement.
