Michelle Komisarchik is an associate and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. Michelle started with the firm as a Summer Associate in 2024, where she gained experience in analyzing materiality in False Claims Act cases, researched noncompete and indemnification issues, and supported the Cyber Civil Rights Legal Project in assisting victims of online abuse. Prior to joining the firm, Michelle was a legal intern at the US Department of Justice and US Securities and Exchange Commission. She was also a member of GW Law's Federal Circuit Bar Journal and served as a Writing Fellow.
