Natalie Q. Truong

Natalie Truong is an associate and member of the Intellectual Property Litigation practice group. Natalie represents clients in complex civil litigation matters and intellectual property disputes, as well as matters involving higher education, consumer and antitrust class actions, labor and employment issues, construction disputes, and commercial contract litigation. Her experience includes managing matters through all stages of federal and state court proceedings, from case assessment and strategy development through discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals. She has also conducted legal research and factual investigations, drafted substantive litigation filings, and worked with clients, counsel, and experts to evaluate risk and develop case strategies.

Prior to joining the firm, Natalie was a litigation associate at an international law firm where she represented clients in a broad range of complex litigation matters. In that role, she developed litigation strategies, advocated for clients through written and oral advocacy, participated in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and maintained an active pro bono practice.
