Nicholas Monico is an associate in the firm's Finance practice. Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas was a bankruptcy and restructuring associate with an international law firm, where he represented Chapter 11 debtors across a variety of industries throughout all stages of the restructuring process, from prepetition planning through disposition and post-reorganization matters. He has experience negotiating and drafting bankruptcy and transactional documents, including sale motions and orders under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code, disclosure statements and Chapter 11 plans, confirmation orders, credit agreements, asset purchase agreements, corporate governance documents, and related transaction materials. Nicholas also advised lenders and borrowers on loan workouts and distressed lending situations. In addition, he has experience litigating commercial disputes.
