Nicholle E. Allen-Steele

Nicholle Allen-Steele is a partner in the firm's Real Estate practice. She practices commercial real estate law, concentrating on acquisitions and dispositions of office buildings and retail centers, commercial development projects such as mixed-use complexes, retail and commercial leasing for national tenants, and structuring complex financing transactions. 

Nicholle counsels and represents clients in commercial transactions for real estate developers, municipalities, Fortune 500 companies, investors, asset managers, and nonprofits across retail, healthcare, hospitality, food and beverage, and financial services industries. She also regularly represents borrowers and lenders in real estate lending transactions. Recognizing that innovation is a key to community economic growth, Nicholle also provides counsel on general corporate and commercial contract matters to companies in the telecommunications, general corporate, and energy industries. These clients benefit from being represented by a versatile practitioner who can leverage experience across multiple industries. Her approach to practice is client-focused and results-oriented.
