Nicola Culliton is an associate in the firm’s Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Nicola was a legal counsel at a British luxury fashion house, where she advised on matters including wholesale terms and conditions, unauthorized sales, customer terminations, selective distribution criteria, competition issues and training, insolvency, and debt enforcement. Nicola also negotiated and drafted franchise agreements and travel retail fit-out agreements. Additionally, she updated the anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy in line with the corporate sustainability reporting directive, drafted green claims policy, advised on a new global waste disposal policy, and updated contracts and operational manuals to reflect ESG obligations.
