Nyrobi Flory is a senior associate in our Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Melbourne. She is an experienced litigator with broad advisory and dispute resolution experience across the areas of disability, discrimination, coronial inquiries, child protection, personal injury, and institutional abuse.
Nyrobi is experienced in delivering complex, time-sensitive advice, as well as preparing briefs and instructing counsel in matters including under the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997. She has legislative drafting experience, collaborating with the Office of the Chief Parliamentary Counsel and advising on legislative interpretation in areas such as residential tenancies, child protection, privacy, and human rights. Nyrobi also has extensive advocacy experience including apprehensions, conciliations and direction hearings.
