Scott Rudd is an of counsel in the firm’s Finance practice. He brings more than 20 years of experience representing financial institutions and service providers in the origination and servicing of commercial mortgage loans. His practice focuses on commercial mortgage-backed and CRE CLO securitization transactions, as well as advising on asset management of underlying commercial mortgage loans secured by a wide range of asset classes across the United States. Scott’s experience also includes day-to-day servicing of commercial mortgage loans, along with matters involving default, bankruptcy, and liquidation.
