Sean Corcoran is an of counsel in the firm’s Finance practice. He leverages more than two decades of experience in financial services and real estate finance firms, representing clients across a variety of commercial real estate lending and servicing transactions spanning the full range of commercial real estate asset classes, including office, hospitality, retail, multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use properties. He represents financial institutions and servicers in all aspects of securitization, servicing and commercial real estate finance including defaulted loans, assumptions, modifications, cash management and leasing. His practice also includes counseling parties to commercial mortgage-backed securities trust termination and asset purchases.
