Sean Corcoran is an of counsel in the firm’s Finance practice. Prior to joining the firm, Sean was a counsel at an international law firm where he focused his practice on a variety of commercial real estate lending and servicing transactions. He represented institutional lenders and financial institutions in a broad range of loan servicing transactions and commercial real estate finance.

Prior to his previous role, Sean was the managing lawyer for a boutique law firm focused on real estate, bankruptcy, and special assets. Sean’s experience also includes land use and local government issues arising from his service with the Town of Van Wyck, SC, and involvement with the incorporation of the town.
