She works closely with clients to understand their commercial and strategic objectives in order to deliver practical and commercially effective outcomes for her clients.
Shani is an active member of the firm's Innovation Committee and plays a key role in driving the adoption of innovation tools. She has a strong focus on emerging litigation technologies and the practical use of innovation tools to streamline discovery and effectively manage document‑heavy disputes.
