Sophie Verstraeten is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice. Sophie previously worked as a paralegal at the firm, where she conducted trademark, design, and litigation searches. She prepared legal and commercial advice for IP clearance requests including product names, product designs, and collaborations for clients across the luxury fashion, beauty, and healthcare sectors. Sophie also drafted a range of privacy documentation, including privacy notices, cookie banners and policies, employee privacy policies, and data processing and data transfer agreements. In addition, she advised on and prepared response letters for data subject access requests.
