She is an intellectual property and data protection lawyer with experience in trademarks, designs, copyright and brand protection. Sophie’s practice includes advising on trademark and design filing strategies, the management of international trademark and design portfolios, clearance issues, opposition and cancellation proceedings, and supporting clients with enforcement of their IP rights.
Alongside her intellectual property practice, Sophie advises on a wide range of data protection and privacy issues. Her experience includes supporting clients with general data protection compliance programmes, privacy notices, website compliance, data processing agreements and international data transfers. Sophie also supports clients with data subject access requests and other privacy-related issues.
