Tamzin Dempster is an associate and a member of the Construction and Infrastructure practice group. Tamzin has over seven years of post-qualified experience working almost exclusively in construction and infrastructure, providing contentious and non-contentious advice. Tamzin has acted for employers, main contractors and subcontractors, with a sound working knowledge of various contract forms and models including design and build, term maintenance, PPPs and alliances. Prior to joining the firm, Tamzin was an in-house counsel at an New Zealand-based construction and building materials firm where she focused her practice on assisting the construction division with high value disputes, distressed projects, and major tender reviews within New Zealand and the South Pacific.
