Tat Rui Too is an associate and a member of the International Arbitration practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Tat Rui was an associate at a Singapore-based law firm where he focused his practice on dispute resolution and restructuring and insolvency. Through this role he acted in complex cross-border shareholder disputes, as well as breach of contract and conspiracy disputes, and engaged in issues of arbitrability and insolvency.
