Taylor Jones is admitted to practice in South Carolina. She is not currently admitted in North Carolina.

Taylor Jones is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice. Taylor represents real estate clients—including national home builders, developers, investors, and lenders—in a wide array of real estate transactions. She also represents landlords and tenants, including those in the life sciences and food and beverage industries, in leasing matters. 

Taylor's real estate experience involves acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition of real property. Prior to joining the firm, Taylor also represented debtors and creditors in a variety of bankruptcy transactions in federal and state courts. During law school, she externed at a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) with a market capitalization of over US$4 billion and over 1.5 million rentable square feet, sparking a passion for complex mixed-use development projects. Taylor utilizes the skills gained while obtaining her MBA to better understand the business considerations faced by her clients.
