Advised receivers on admitting or rejecting Form 535 proofs of debt for pre-appointment Supreme Court solicitor and counsel fees valued at hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Advised receivers on unperfected security interests and enforcement of asset realisations under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) and Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
Advised directors on the enforceability of non-compete and non-disparagement clauses in a settlement deed and mediation agreement involving the transfer of a business valued at over AU$1 million. 
Advised a director on various issues during a dispute with their company’s liquidator, including their potential liability to indemnify the liquidator for fees and disbursements under a deed of indemnity.
