Trisha R. Klan

Trisha Klan is an associate and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Trisha was an associate at a Pittsburgh-based law firm where she focused her practice on all aspects of the litigation process, including drafting complaints and answers, discovery requests and responses, motions for summary judgment, preliminary objections, mediation statements, pre-trial statements, and voir dire. She researched and drafted briefs for arbitration hearings, preliminary objections, and summary judgments, and drafted and presented motions opposing preliminary objections and leave to amend.

Previously, Trisha served as a summer associate for a Pittsburgh-based law firm and as a research assistant at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Through these roles, she assisted with projects in litigation, healthcare, FDA compliance, labor and employment, and intellectual property, including drafting research memos and preparing CLE presentations.
