Yara Alshighri is an associate and a member of the Technology Transactions and Sourcing practice group. Yara’s work in technology spans across various sectors, including technology, healthcare, real estate, and media. Prior to joining the firm, Yara was a solicitor for an international law firm based in the United Kingdom. Through this role, she assisted in the implementation of a HER integration project for a private US healthcare company, drafted and marked up frame work agreements, drafted supplier terms of business, and more.
