Vicki Wu is an associate and member of the Tax practice group. She advises private equity sponsors, investment funds, and corporate clients in US federal income tax and international tax matters. Her practice includes the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private fund formation and structuring, strategic investments, joint ventures, and other complex business transactions. She also advises clients on partnership taxation, withholding and reporting requirements, FATCA compliance, and other tax issues arising in domestic and international investments.
