Additonally, Zachary served as a paralegal in a pan-European law firm, where he assisted on a variety of high-profile competition and commercial litigation matters. In this role, he drafted litigation funding proposals and case assessments, prepared hearing bundles and supporting documentation for proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, and assisted with the preparation of witness statements, claim forms, and other key litigation documents. Zachary also conducted legal research, prepared written advice on procedural and substantive legal issues, supported case management activities, and liaised with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of matters.
