Zachary Foster is a trainee solicitor in the firm's Construction and Infrastructure practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Zachary completed an internship in the firm’s London office. During his internship, he prepared legal guidance documents for US-based managers overseeing UK employees for a major international charity, delivered a presentation on the Digital Markets Act to the firm's competition team, and researched foreign direct investment considerations in Spain, Lithuania, and Latvia. He also assisted in drafting advice for clients regarding the legal feasibility of addressing unauthorized third-party sellers.

Additionally, Zachary served as a paralegal in a pan-European law firm, where he assisted on a variety of high-profile competition and commercial litigation matters. In this role, he drafted litigation funding proposals and case assessments, prepared hearing bundles and supporting documentation for proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
