Zac S. Halpern

Zac Halpern is admitted in the District of Columbia and Maryland. He is currently not admitted in Pennsylvania.

Zac Halpern is an associate and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. His practice focuses on complex litigation and government enforcement actions. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at an international law firm in Washington, DC where he represented clients in a range of matters, including a global engineering and construction firm in a major government contract dispute and a financial services company in an SEC investigation. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.

During law school, Zac served as a fellow at the Clough Center for the Study of Constitutional Democracy and on the Executive Board of the Boston College Law Review. Before attending law school, Zac worked at two different international management consulting firms, where he worked with state and federal government clients on a variety of technology and communications solutions.
