Represented Naspers Limited in its US$9.8 billion sale of its interests in Tencent Holdings Limited by way of an accelerated book-build and block trade on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which was the largest block trade on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at the time (FinanceAsia, Best Equity Deal of the Year, 2018).
