Milan Trainees
Our Milan office is always looking for exceptional talent within our key practice groups, including corporate, real estate and town-planning, energy, investment funds, litigation and dispute resolution, tax, labor and employment, IP/IT, and public law.
The lawyers in our Milan office work seamlessly across the firm’s global platform to provide advice to clients in complex business transactions, corporate restructuring, and commercial disputes, including assisting Italian clients in establishing businesses throughout the world.
Internships are either post-degree full-time positions preparatory to Bar admission or curricular or extra-curricular university courses. A successful candidate must demonstrate a consistently impressive record of academic achievements and proficiency in English. We value candidates with dedication and team spirit, and who have an open mind and an innovative approach towards complex legal questions.
As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of matters involving assisting our lawyers in their day to day assignments (e.g. drafting memoranda and meetings with clients); legal research in a wide variety of issues and fields of law; participating in the organization of meetings and events; and attending or following hearings, conferences and other events on behalf of the firm.
