K&L Gates Advises CDSG HoldCo on Sale of CRU Data Security Group
Global law firm K&L Gates LLP represented CDSG HoldCo, LLC in the sale of 100% of the equity interests in its operating company, CRU Data Security Group, LLC, a data security and physical data protection company, to a private equity buyer.
