Brodie Erwin is a partner in the firm’s Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. His practice encompasses both litigation and counseling across a broad range of federal and state employment laws, in addition to trial experience. Brodie represents employers in employment matters across multiple states and in federal courts throughout the country, including the prosecution and defense of disputes involving restrictive covenants, such as non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements, as well as trade secret misappropriation, tortious interference, unfair competition, and other business-related claims.
Brodie also has extensive experience representing employers in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) enforcement proceedings and defending high-stakes whistleblower claims brought under federal statutes, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, and the Surface Transportation Assistance Act, across multiple jurisdictions.
Alongside his litigation and counseling practice, Brodie conducts highly sensitive investigations involving alleged executive misconduct for both public and private companies. He has worked closely with board members, in-house counsel, and chief compliance officers throughout the investigative processes. Through his counseling and investigative work, Brodie advises employers on evaluating, strengthening, and maintaining a strong culture of compliance with applicable laws. He is committed to delivering creative solutions to litigation and workplace challenges for his clients.
