Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety

Employment and workplace relations laws impact every company—from a startup hiring its first employee to a multinational powerhouse facing a complex class action. Our labor, employment, and workplace safety lawyers focus exclusively on representing management-side clients in matters arising from the employment relationship. From the development of policies and advice on day-to-day employment issues to defending employers against class, collective, and individual claims, our team supports clients across the full employment life cycle.

We provide counsel to a wide range of private and public employers, from multinational companies with thousands of employees in numerous and distant locations, to companies with one site and relatively few employees. Our clients span a broad range of industries including technology, pharmaceuticals, retail, banking, manufacturing, broadcasting, construction, mining, energy, financial services, health care, and governmental entities.

With a team of lawyers spanning Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and South America, we are well situated to assist our clients with multistate and international employment issues, including complex disputes and investigations, and emerging areas of law, and supporting business decisions involving expansion, reduction, or relocation of the workforce.
