Aaron joined K&L Gates' graduate program in 2024 working in the corporate group, where he gained exposure to public capital markets, initial public offerings (IPOs), private equity transactions including due diligence (both vendor and buy-side), mergers and acquisitions, private capital raisings, venture and seed capital, acquisitions and sales of shares and assets, joint ventures (incorporated, partnerships and unit trusts), structures and restructures and regulatory issue matters for clients in a variety of sectors.
