Adorabelle Tan is a member of the litigation and dispute resolution practice group. Her legal practice is focused on civil, commercial and criminal litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration.
Her experience in civil and commercial litigation spans contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, and insolvency and restructuring work. Her practice in criminal defence work includes both blue collar and white collar crimes. As for arbitration, Adorabelle has assisted and advised on proceedings commenced under the SIAC Rules, UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, and LMAA Terms. These litigation and arbitration matters relate to a wide range of sectors, including commodities, shipping, and hospitality.
Adorabelle also has experience in non-contentious work. She assists with project development, advising on energy mergers and acquisitions, virtual power purchase agreements, and EPC contracts, as well as concession documents.
