Before attending law school, Aidan was a paralegal at the US Department of Justice, Antitrust Division.
During law school, Aidan was a summer intern at the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland, (2018), the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division (2019), and the US Department of Justice, Antitrust Division (2019). Aidan also worked as a student attorney in the University of Michigan Law School’s Workers’ Rights Clinic, where he provided low-income clients pro bono legal representation in disputes related unemployment benefits.
After law school, Aidan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert N. McDonald of the Maryland Supreme Court, where he researched legal issues, drafted bench memos, opinions, and dissents in a variety of civil and criminal cases.
