Alex is a lawyer in the Sydney corporate team focusing on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, general corporate advisory work and corporate structuring. Alex's experience includes assisting on corporate restructures, undertaking corporate due diligence and assisting on mergers and acquisitions.

Alex joined K&L Gates as a summer clerk in 2020. As a graduate, Alex gained exposure to corporate transactional, venture capital, insurance recovery and commercial disputes matters for clients in a variety of industries and sectors. 

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Alex worked at a boutique firm in Sydney. During this time, he gained experience in property, commercial and estates matters.
