She advises clients including government entities, individuals and businesses in all aspects of the employment relationship including employee misconduct, managing under performance, workplace disputes and investigations, discipline and dismissal, professional misconduct defence, contract disputes, defamation disputes, workers' compensation matters, anti-discrimination matters, underpayment claims, drafting employment agreements and policies as well as litigation across various state and federal courts, commissions, and tribunals, including Commissions of Inquiry.
