Amber Walsh is an associate in the firm's Finance practice. She represents institutional investors, banks, mezzanine investment funds, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers in a broad range of finance transactions, including leveraged, mezzanine, corporate, and institutional financings. In addition to her acquisition finance and general corporate finance work, Amber also has real estate financing and fund financing experience as well as a background in tax and M&A matters in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
