Amber Walsh is admitted to practice in Florida. She is not currently admitted in South Carolina.
Amber Walsh is an associate in the firm’s Finance practice. Prior to joining the firm, she served as an associate with a leading international professional services organization, where she focused her practice in tax and M&A matters in both domestic and cross-border transactions. Through this role, Amber collaborated with tax teams worldwide to assist clients with transaction structuring and modeling as well as buy and sell-side due diligence. Amber also assisted with the review and analysis of merger agreements and the drafting of tax opinion letters.
