Andrea Ng is an associate in the firm's Tokyo office and a member of the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions practice group.
She focuses her practice on cross-border transactions and advising domestic and international companies on corporate and commercial transactions, regulatory, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Andrea has counseled clients in a broad range of industries, including entertainment, healthcare, industrial goods, automobile and renewable energy.
