Prior to joining the firm Anna was a student at a startup law clinic in North Carolina, where she focused her practice on advising and drafting agreements for small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs. Additionally, Anna was previously an extern at a specialty pharmaceutical company, in which she reviewed and analyzed asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, license agreements, master service agreements, and more.
