Annina Nowakis is a senior associate in the firm's Real Estate practice. She has experience across a range of property, planning, and commercial matters. She advises clients including vendors, purchasers, property developers, landlords and tenants in relation to their property transactions.
Annina has experience in the sale and acquisition of residential and commercial properties, property development, off the plan vacant land subdivisions, planning and environment matters and also assists corporate advisory clients and lending institutions in relation to insolvency related property transactions.
During her time at the firm, Annina has gained experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
