Asset Management and Investment Funds Midlevel Associate

Our Singapore office is seeking a Singapore-qualified mid-level private funds associate (3 – 5 year PQE, or equivalent) with extensive GP and/or LP side experience in relation to private fund formation and ongoing operational matters related to private funds.

Successful candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills.

The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
