Beth W. Petronio

Beth Petronio is experienced in representing clients in a large variety of complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters. She has practiced before federal, bankruptcy and state courts, as well as domestic and international arbitration tribunals. Beth has experience in complex business cases, technology and outsourcing litigation, business fraud, deal litigation, legal malpractice defense, and ethics and professional responsibility. She has represented a varied and diverse group of clients in complex cases for over twenty years. Beth is a partner in the global Commercial Disputes practice group and also acts as an Assistant General Counsel for the firm.
