Brandon W. Hedgebeth

Prior to joining the firm Brandon served as a summer associate at another international law firm. Through this role, he assisted in a real estate closing by drafting deeds, affidavits, and forms. He also drafted diligence lists and questions along with confidentiality charts. Before this, he served as a summer associate in the firm's Charlotte office, where he drafted asset purchase agreements, consent agreements, retention bonus and non-solicit agreements, and more.
