Brittany A. Vulcan

Brittany Vulcan is an associate in the firm's Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. Prior to joining the firm, Brittany served as an associate at a Portland law firm where she focused her practice on employment law. She represented multinational and regional companies in litigation in both state and federal court in addition to defending and resolving charges filed with administrative agencies for various employment disputes. Brittany also has experience with providing comprehensive legal counsel to employers in a wide range of industries—including healthcare, retail, waste management, manufacturing, and construction—on policy compliance, wage and hour concerns, agreements including arbitration, separation, and nonsolicitation, and reclassifying exempt managers.

In addition to her management-focused practice, Brittany actively supports her community through pro bono opportunities which include representing a veteran before the Board for Correction of Naval Records and an Oregon State Penitentiary inmate with his petition for clemency.

While in law school, Brittany served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Monica F. Wiley with the San Francisco Superior Court. She volunteered as a small claims mediator for the San Francisco Small Claims docket and as Staff Editor of UC Hastings' Women's Journal.
