Cayla Nyante Brown is an associate and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice. Prior to becoming an associate at the firm, she served as a summer associate. During this time, she conducted legal research and wrote memorandums regarding pending legal matters. Prior to joining the firm, Cayla served as a clinical student at the Boston College Innocence Program, where she reviewed and compiled case documents into an investigative report on behalf of incarcerated clients seeking exoneration. Cayla also served as a judicial extern for Judges Mary Jo Heston and Brian D. Lynch of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington, where she conducted research on various statutory and bankruptcy issues and drafted memoranda and motions.
