Charles Lush is an associate and a member of the firm's Corporate practice. Charles' practice covers a diverse range of corporate areas, including cross border mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, private equity, venture capital investments. 

Charles completed his training contract at the firm, during which time he gained experience in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Asset Management and Investment Funds, Banking and Finance, and Energy, Infrastructure and Resources practice groups.

Prior to joining the firm, Charles was a paralegal in the funds department of a London-based law firm, working on private funds, secondaries, public markets, and retailisation. Through this role, he assisted in multiple closings, worked on primary fund documentation such as negotiating, drafting, and organising the execution of LPAs, investor facing documents, and carry allocation agreements.
