Chief Coleman

Jonathan ‘Chief’ Coleman is an associate and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan was a judicial law clerk at the Superior Court of Los Angeles County where he prepared multiple tentative rulings on a weekly basis. He also delivered legal support for proceedings, motion sessions, and trials through extensive research. Before this Jonathan was a law clerk for a Los Angeles-based law firm where he focused on representing technology companies in issues of CFIUS filings, and business litigation, including cybersecurity, data, privacy, securities, and cryptocurrency.

Jonathan gained experience as a law clerk for the US Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs where he provided support through hearing preparation and policy research in the areas of national security, foreign affairs, and deregulated finance. He also prepared hearing memorandums on Afghanistan, federal reserve nominees, and cryptocurrencies.
