He has particular experience in the retail, hospitality, self-storage and healthcare industries, focusing on their real estate transaction needs, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leases, development, ownership and corporate governance. Christian also represents lenders on commercial construction and acquisition loan documents and associated refinancing matters, and has experience representing commercial and residential real estate developers.
