Prior to joining the firm, Christopher served as an associate at an international law firm in their international disputes team. Through this role, he undertook extensive document review and disclosure activities, as well as legal research. In addition, Christopher drafted documents such as pleadings, witness statements, chronologies, nondisclosure agreements, and more. He has experience with complex and high-value disputes. He has primarily acted in cross-border cases, predominantly involving infrastructure, construction, and energy and resource projects with a specific focus on international commercial arbitration. Having grown up in the Middle East and Southeast Asia and now working in the Middle East, Chris has an uncommon understanding and experience of working with clients based in the Middle East, Europe, and across the Asia Pacific region.
