Christopher Bozydaj is an associate in the firm’s New York office where he is a member of the corporate/M&A practice group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and financings, and general corporate governance matters. Chris has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, digital advertising, industrial goods, and renewable energy. He leverages his background in accounting to help clients understand financial concepts that arise in corporate transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris was a summer associate in the firm’s New York office in 2016. In addition, he was a research assistant for Fordham University School of Law’s Lincoln Square Legal Services in their intellectual property and information law clinic. Before attending law school, Chris worked as a financial auditor in an accounting firm in upstate New York.
