Christopher Wille

Christopher Wille is a real estate partner in the Brisbane office. He has over 20 years' experience advising clients on all aspects of commercial, industrial and retail property including property transactions, development and leasing.

Christopher has particular experience advising owners and investors on corporate real estate acquisitions and disposals including titling and structuring advice, contracts, put and call option agreements, lease backs and other transaction documents. He also advises on strata title projects and distressed property transactions including mortgagee and receiver sales.

He manages the day-to-day leasing work for some of Australia’s major property owners, managers and tenants on a range of issues including major, bulky goods and specialty leasing, redevelopments and disputes.

Christopher also has unique experience relevant to particular industries including airports, ports and the healthcare sector.

He is valued by his clients for being accessible, easy to work with and his commercial approach.

Prior to joining the firm, Christopher was a real estate partner at a large Australian law firm. He has also held senior positions in other major Australian law firms.
