Cindy Ha is an international arbitration lawyer with experience across a wide range of rules, jurisdictions, and industries. She has handled disputes under major international arbitration rules such as ICSID, HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, AAA/ICDR, JAMS, and SIAC, and in various jurisdictions, including Los Angeles, Houston, Hong Kong, Taipei, Philippines, PRC, Japan and London.
Cindy has experience in both investment treaty arbitration and international commercial arbitration involving a wide range of sectors and disputes, including technology and licensing disputes (including patent and trademark licensing disputes), oil & gas disputes, M&A disputes, construction disputes, shipping and transportation disputes, manufacturing, renewables, defense contracts, and financing disputes.
Cindy is an advocate with considerable hearing experience. She has second chaired over several international arbitration hearings, prepared and examined witnesses, and presented arguments. She has also appeared in court proceedings and is experienced in advising in award and judgment enforcement matters across the Asia region, including the PRC. She is commercially minded and valued by clients for her efficient and skilled advice.
