 In this episode you will listen to how a successful man, married with a family, and with an amazing career, came out as transgender at 62 years old.

Originally from New York, Cami Richardson was a firefighter before she worked her way up to the position of chief financial officer at American Skiing Company and helped them go public. At the time American Skiing was the largest company of its kind.  In the late 1990s, she also helped the business acquire part of the Park City ski resort where she works today.  It wasn’t until she was 62 that Cami Richardson came out full time as a transgender woman. Since then, she has made it her mission to be an advocate for the LGBTQ community and make sure people have positive interactions with her, a transgender person, and learn from her experience.
