We believe that education is key to activate change; therefore, we are actively hosting a speaker series titled Conversations About Race to convene voices around diversity. In this video, we welcome John C. Yang, President and Executive Director at Asian Americans Advancing Justice (AAJC), for a discussion on the progress being made in securing civil rights for Asian Americans, and the work that remains to be done.
He joins partners Shiau Yen Chin-Dennis and Helen Kim for an insightful session about discrimination, the COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act, and what people can do to be allies to the Asian American community.
